|Recommended: YesGreat place, great staff. — I’ve been at Northgate for about two months now and it was a big transition from country life to city life. I’ve been pretty impressed with how quiet it is for an apartment complex. The staff has been super easy to deal with and always very friendly. I think really the only complaint I would have is tight parking but also was never designed for big trucks Overall it has been a great place to live would recommend it to anyone.

They got all our questions answered. Listened to our unique situation and helped find solutions. Helped us get application processed. The amenities are out of this world too.

|Recommended: YesA great place to be — Moved here towards the middle of October last year and the staff have been nothing but consistently amazing ever since. The property staff are very understanding helpful and the maintenance staff are extremely prompt genuine. The people here go out of their way to be kind and it makes it really enjoyable. The apartments themselves are also nice. I enjoy the layout and they are also right across the street from a really nice wellness complex.
All of this makes these apartments definitely worth checking out

|Recommended: YesNorthgate is by far and away the best place to be in Pocatello. All of the amenities are perfect, clean, enjoyable. The staff is always awesome, so quick to answer questions anyway they can. Sarah definitely deserves a shout out because she’s always so willing to go above and beyond for renters and does it with a smile on her face

|Recommended: YesI absolutely love our apartment and it has changed my experience of Pocatello for the better. I love how family friendly Northgate is and the park, pool, hot tub, and gym are great. It's also nice being right across from the wellness complex. Highly recommend if you are moving here from out of state and don't want something that feels rundown.

|Recommended: YesVery nice place to live. Maintenance crew is awesome we submitted a maintenance request over the weekend and they got to us early Monday. Andrew was very nice and helpful and fixed our dishwasher quickly.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely Amazing — New to the area and finding luxury just nice was not exactly the easiest on a budget but these apartments have done it I absolutely love how big the apartment feels and the modern look The staff is always eager to help and super prompt on it too Absolutely love the amenities included with the apartment
