|Recommended: YesQuality lifestyle — Moving across the continent to a place you've never been and only seen online is a little risky but our experience has been nothing short of fantastic The staff have been professional and kind while the unit itself was clean and of quality finish. Little things you should note
-No entry closet and the fridge being too small for it's cabinet opening are both unsightly and kinda cheap looking.
-There is no screen on the sliding door and you are advised to purchase your own magnetic snap screen.
-Parking is a little weird, so make sure to pay the extra for reserved parking in front of your unit
These issues are easily looked past, however, considering everything else.
Overall, we are very pleased. The management and maintenance staff are very personable and easily approachable. All maintenance issues are quickly and professionally resolved. The pool and hot tub are glorious during the hot months while the hot tub is open during the winter months too. Gym is fully stocked and regularly serviced.
We highly recommend Northgate apartments.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Apartments — There really is nothing bad to say and all good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the maintenance crew is fast and has taken care of my needs in a timely manner, the apartments are beautiful and improving by the day as construction and landscaping continues. The amenities are nothing short of outstanding with the water sewer trash being covered by the complex, free internet for each unit, and all the amenities in the clubhouse. I have never seen an apartment complex like this one, and it is one of a kind in Pocatello particularly when the other rental options in town are all rundown with poor maintenance, no services and exorbitant fees. I already know that I will be renting here for as long as I need an apartment, there is just no comparison to any other in this town.

|Recommended: YesReview — Over all I love our apartment. I like the lighting in the parking lot. The front door area is constantly dirty with trash and dirt causing the entry way to always dirty. Hopefully once the construction in the area is done it will be cleaner. Maintenance staff is always very helpful and nice. Noise is not too bad depending on the day of the week, but no late disturbances. Construction of the building seems quick and cheap. Lots of scratches on the floors and not properly finished areas in the apartment. Property staff are very patient and very easy to work with.

|Recommended: YesAnother world here — The clubhouse, amenities and apartments are truly exceptional for this area Newly built with the most storage options of any I’ve seen. The property and maintenance staff are SO friendly, helpful and professional. From day one, the office staff were tremendous STUART was my ‘go to’ person the entire time… available to answer any questions, patient and helpful in finding the right apartment for ‘me’. Even after the move in, he and ALL the office property maintenance staff have been friendly and most willing to help solve any concerns. I’d love to recognize everyone STUART, KYRA, PHOEBE, SARAH, BEN, etc. but, I apologize as I don’t remember every name. I do remember their professional help kindness

|Recommended: YesAmazing — We love it here This winter has sucked but they snow removal has been kept up, all maintenance issues were addressed and fixed within 3 hours, the free little healthy treats and waters in the gym are a really cool and appreciated touch, there’s music playing outside by the pool hot tub, hot tub is always clean, the staff is friendly and somehow remembers our names. It’s overall just a really great place to live It doesnt even feel like we’re in little Pocatello when we’re here, which we LOVE

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for a short while but have been very impressed with the maintenance staff My last apartment was run down, never taken care of and maintenance took forever, here everything is opposite Maintenance is fast to reply and communicate any issues with getting things resolved.
