|Recommended: Yes2 things that bug me — There is 2 things that bug me 1. The beams for the covered assigned parking spots are really close to where you cant open the door hardly especially if you’re parking next to another vehicle. 2. I’m really tired of people not cleaning up after their dogs leaving piles of poop everywhere it’s unprofessional and disgusting

|Recommended: YesSept 2022 Review — Overall, the Northgate staff both office and maintenance have been great. Personally, I had some construction material left in my parking spot and one of my doors was really sticky but both were taken care of. Living in Building 17 I have had multiple instances where someone will park in my designated space so maybe reiterating that spaces are assigned and that you have to park within the lines of the space would help with that. I would 100 recommend Northgate.

|Recommended: YesThe best choice I could have made — I have loved living here so far. The staff is so friendly and very quick to help when I have questions. The entire complex stays so clean and the apartments are gorgeous. I highly recommend making Northgate home.
