The amenities are amazing, the staff are all great, very friendly and it's been amazing The cleanliness is more the tenants faults trash escaping and dog poop is really it. The only problem I've had is remembering everyone's names lol. It's a great place I'm so excited for the playground

|Recommended: YesBest appartments to live in. — Northgate is the best place to live. It has alot of nice amenities such as gym, pool and dog spa. This is my first appartment and even my my parents and significant others, parents say they never lived in such nice appartments, it fills our needs and even the little one loves it.

They are affordable during a time when the market is crazy, the quality of living and the people here all have been incredibly helpful and kind, and everything feels very nice. It is hard to find things to criticize when nearly everything suits your needs

|Recommended: YesAmazing — I’ve moved around a lot lately, but this apartment is by far the nicest place I’ve been in. The staff is amazing and it’s nice actually having a room that’s a decent size. Variety of amenities for residents that are amazing I couldn’t imagine being somewhere else at this point in my life. Would definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesNice place to live. — It's very quiet, the apartment I'm in is nice, just smaller than my last, but still very nice and helpful if you're trying to downsize. I have been very surprised with how nice this place it, and would recommend it to anyone as there is minimal traffic and quiet. It is also next to a really nice park with a walking path.

|Recommended: YesGREAT COMPLEX — I love living at Northgate It’s phenomenal The staff is incredible and the apartments are beautiful. I can almost never hear my neighbors and have been truly impressed. My only complaint is the people who let their dogs potty wherever and don’t clean it up. As a pet owner, this is so disrespectful to other people.
